A Definitive Solution to Acne

Some conditions such as the common cold are impossible to prevent, at least, for the moment, and the treatment itself is rarely effective. The body will heal itself in pretty much the same time as it would do if we inject a medicine, but the good news is that there are rarely any complications. With acne, things are a bit different, because although the condition is widespread and difficult to prevent, the treatment is pretty effective. On the flip side, sometimes the acne will leave scars behind which pose some oblivious issues.

acne productsWe are very careful how we present ourselves and a nice skin is a must if we are to look attractive. Hiding the scars is pretty difficult, and it is not a definitive solution, so it’s only natural to try and tackle the problem in a different method. One of the solutions used for decades is dermabrasion, which is now performed by a machine which rotates and removes the affected skin. To reduce the discomfort, the skin is frozen before the procedure, and it will heal naturally in a few weeks.

Augmentation is an alternative way of dealing with acne, and it uses collagen, injected before the skin to bring the scar to the surface. Special acne products are being used in the process, and it takes a few months to heal completely. You could also resort to a light surgery, which is called subcision and which required the scar to be detached from the tissue located below it, the latter being replaced with new tissue.
